Last updated: January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 75pak ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, browses or otherwise uses the services available at https://75pak.cam and any related subdomains or applications.
By creating an account or using any part of the 75pak platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 75pak.
Important Notice for Users in Pakistan: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. The legal status of online or remote gambling depends on applicable law and the jurisdiction of the operator. 75pak is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: 18+ We conduct mandatory identity and age verification. Accounts will be suspended pending verification. Funds deposited to an Account that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult may be withheld or returned in accordance with applicable compliance procedures. Local laws may impose a higher minimum age or prohibit participation entirely.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update your Account information promptly in the event of any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately via the live chat or email channel.
The Platform reserves the right to request identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address — at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure. KYC requirements apply to all Users regardless of deposit method, including those using Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the Platform:
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorised commercial exploitation of the Platform's content, data or functionality is strictly prohibited.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. General betting conditions include:
75pak reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, before or after a bet is placed, including in cases where the Platform suspects an error in odds, technical malfunction or potential integrity issue. Where a bet is accepted, it is binding once confirmed by the Platform's system.
A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed beyond a period specified in the applicable sport rules, if the odds were published in error, or if there is evidence of market manipulation or event-fixing. Void bets are returned to the User's Account balance as stake refunds.
For Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournament matches and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team, specific market rules apply with respect to reduced-overs games, rain interruptions (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results) and match result settlements. The applicable sport-specific rules as published in the Platform at the time of betting shall govern.
In-play bets are subject to real-time price changes and latency inherent in live data feeds. The Platform cannot guarantee that in-play odds displayed to a User at the time of bet placement are identical to the settled odds. Where there is a material discrepancy due to a technical failure, bets may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
Maximum payout limits per event, per market and per day apply and are specified within each game or sports market. These limits are subject to change and are displayed in the relevant section of the cashier or betting interface. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout may be capped at the stated limit.
Deposit methods available on the Platform may include, subject to current cashier offerings, familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, debit or credit cards (subject to issuer acceptance) and cryptocurrency (where supported). No payment provider listed above endorses, facilitates or is affiliated with gambling on behalf of 75pak. Method availability is subject to change; verify current options in the cashier before transacting.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. The Platform reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds without advance notice.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit from the same Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
75pak does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals from its side, unless otherwise stated. However, payment providers, banks or wallet operators may impose their own fees independent of the Platform. Users are responsible for understanding and bearing any such third-party fees.
Currency: Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at the time of registration. Where deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), balances will reflect PKR. Currency conversion charges may apply where payment methods involve cross-currency settlement.

All bonus figures referenced anywhere on the Platform are illustrative unless the User has received a specific, personalised offer in their Account notification centre. No bonus is guaranteed to any User as a condition of registration.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:
75pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):
In cases where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold or forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, in accordance with applicable bonus terms. Real-money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User after satisfactory completion of any pending compliance review, subject to applicable deductions.
Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed promptly. Responsible gambling-related closures, including self-exclusion, are subject to the conditions outlined in the Responsible Gambling Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence, as determined from time to time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their validity, breach or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that accessing and using the Platform does not override, exclude or supersede the application of Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 75pak does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users assume full legal responsibility for compliance with their local laws.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable mandatory local consumer protection legislation, the mandatory provisions of local law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
75pak reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
